Is booking available through telephone?
All bookings are available online up to 1 hour before the scheduled game time. However if you require any assistance with booking or wish to check for last minute availability, please do not hesitate to call us at .
How much is a game?
Monday to Thursday $25/person/game taxes included.
Friday to Sunday $28/person/game taxes included.

How do I make a booking?
You can book on our webpage freeingcanada.com, Toronto. After selecting the theme game you would like to play, click the “Book Now” button. You will be brought to a booking page which lets you select # of participants, theme, date, and time. After selecting, click “BOOK” and you will be requested for some personal information to create a booking account.
If booking more than one game, you may add it at this time. Once done, press “Checkout” to review the details of your order.
Once you complete the order, you should receive a confirmation email with your booking number. If you did not receive an email, please contact us to confirm your booking. How to I access online booking
How to I access online booking
Once you have completed your registration when booking for the first time, you can use the same email and password for all future bookings so please remember your password.
Why is my email address not available for booking?
If you receive a message that says your email address has already been used, this means you have previously registered with Freeing Canada before. If you cannot remember your password, you will have to register again using a different email address.
Once reservation is done, is it possible to cancel or change the booking?
You may make changes by your confirmation email or by telephone. We do require a 24hour cancellation notice. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate your change if you would like to change into a time slot or game that has already been booked.
We do not have enough people to occupy maximum number of players, is it possible that we do not merge with other players?
We recommend to all players booking a game to select an empty time slot if you do not wish to join other players.
When Do I pay?
You have the option to pay online or to pay in person upon arrival before the game starts.
Who can play this game?
Players under 16 require a parental or guardian signature. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to enjoy the game to its fullest. Please inquire about our “young children package” if you wish for your child to experience our game rooms but do not wish to enter the game room with them. Some of our themes may contain horror elements or require physical activities, and it is not recommended for expectant mothers or people with heart conditions. Please notify our staff of any health conditions if you are unsure whether you would be suitable for a game and we can provide more information about the game to you.
What do we do with our belongings during the game?
Lockers with locks will be provided to each team during the game free of charge. One member of the team will hold on to the key until the game is complete.
What is the method of payment?
Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay.
What should I do if I do not feel well during the game?
There is a call bell button in every room to call our staff for assistance at any time during the game.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minute before the scheduled game time for signing a waiver, making payment, and storing your belongings to ensure that we can start your game on time. If you are late, your playing time will be reduced to prevent delay of bookings after your game.
Do I have to prepare for the game?
No preparation is needed.
What can I do during the game
The game requires you to use your detective's mind and your powers of deduction to escape. Gather clues, find the codes, and solve the puzzles to find the way to escape. Strategize and cooperate with your team - more heads are definitely better than one. Please also follow the housekeeping rules.
